The culture at AVA is highly supportive and team-oriented, fostering a strong sense of connection and belonging. I consistently feel heard, valued, and supported by my colleagues. When I met the billing department team,  they all were very friendly and welcoming, so I was hopeful to become a part of that team. Then I had an interview with Jan, getting to know her and the spirit of her company, confirmed I wanted to stay. Thankfully, that day I left knowing I would be joining these wonderful people. This year will be my 12-year anniversary.

I have accomplished and grown more with this company than any other. If you want to expand your knowledge and career, the management team encourages learning and growth.

AVA doesn’t just operate centers, it actively builds and improves them. That combination of purpose and execution aligned well with how I like to work. There’s an expectation to execute at a high level, but also a willingness to support one another and share best practices across centers. It’s a culture that values accountability and results, while still encouraging innovation and continuous improvement.

The work is meaningful because you can see the direct impact of operational improvements on both patient care and the success of the centers. There’s a strong sense of ownership in what we do, whether it’s improving workflows, expanding services, or supporting physicians. For me that creates real professional satisfaction.
