Center Management

One of AVA's core competency is the day-to-day management of the vascular center. A sampling of our services includes, but are not limited to

- Proprietary state-of-the-art software and training with certified EMR System
- Full administration and compliance with CMS quality payment programs including MIPS and MACRA
- Oversight of Appointment Scheduling
- Management of non-physician staffing
- QA procedures and protocols as well as Center QA reviews
- Physician credentialing
- Permit and Licensing with County, State and Federal agency requirements
- Production and update of manuals, OSHA, operations and procedures
- Vendor relations and negotiations - our clients have access to national pricing/terms
- Obtain any required legal opinion at the expense and for the benefit of the Partnership/LLC
- Development Time Line prepared and agreed upon.
- New Partnership/LLC is formed.
- Bank account is established and federal tax ID is obtained for the new entity.
- Build for ASC standards, if required
- Managed Care Contracting and Marketing Plan is presented and approved.
- CMS applications completed and submitted. 855R Forms are filed for each practice.
- Define Center equipment and supply requirements and negotiation with any possible new suppliers.
- Building Permit application is submitted.
